19 Hoosier Lighthousing Club members gathered at Salt Water Cowboys Restaurant this evening. We had members from Indiana, Ohio, Missouri and South Carolina joined our 6 members who live in Florida either full or part time..

A great seafood dinner at Salt Water Cowboys has become a tradition for many of us when we visit St. Augustine over the years..

We all are going to the St. Augustine Lighthouse Festival tomorrow, then most of us will join up with a couple of other members at a different restaurant for another club gathering...

Love seeing all the old familiar faces -- including the O'Brien's! Wish I was there.

Grest pictures. Had a wonderful time Friday and Saturday. Sorry things did not work out for Saturday Night.

Enjoyed seeing all of the gang from HLC.

Sooo Close.... yet sooo far away! violin I was only 130 miles (2 hrs) away from you all. Wish I could have been there with you guys.

Joe and I were down in St. Cloud, FL, Thur. evening and all day Friday, left out Sat. morning heading back to Alabama. We would loved to have come up to see you all at St. Augustine. But this was not a trip for Fun. Joe's brother who lives in St. Cloud is dieing of cancer. And all the family (Brothers and Sisters) went down to see him one last time. frown

It looks like a good time was had by all. Wish we could have been there. The weather looks warmer than the snow we had on Saturday.

Also, it looks like Rips beverage was upright at this gathering not like it was back in Indiana in December.

Saturday Dinner at the Purple Olive in St. Augustine Beach, FL..

The Purple Olive was exactly what the trip adviser website said it was, very deserving of it's number 2 rating of 258 St. Augustine restaurants.. The food was really, really great and it looked great, also. The waitress did a great job and seemed to enjoy our group!

I will add some captions tonight, for now we are heading to Sanibel (overcast skies).

Florida via Outer Banks..

Ah, the food pictures. Paul always does that doesn't he? Makes me hungry every time. I see Rip didn't save any beer for me either. frown
