I thought some of you might be interested in reading the following article about the halted sale of the Squirrel Point Lighthouse in Maine. Here are a few pictures that Sharon and I took when we visited Squirrel Point this August. Property needed work, but it didn't appear to be as bad as described. See what you think! I remember that a couple years ago Lighthouse Digest had some stories about this guy trying to sell the lighthouse he seems to have obtained under less than open conditions. January 1999 article February 1999 article Dave
