OBLHS built it as a monument to the lighthouse and all the keepers who have served there. We will be building it back up to it's original condition. What we're talking about with the stones is...they are huge heavy boulders, and the force of the winds and water surge from Isabel was able to pick them up and toss them around like pebbles. One was found sitting in the surf which is a good distance from the Circle of Stones placement. Hope this makes it a bit clearer. Judy Judy
