Hi to all you light house lovers out there!

There is a small black and white cassion style lighthouse just off the tip of Orient Point on Long Island. There seems to be some confusion as to it's nickname. I've heard it called the "Coffee Pot" and the "Teapot".

I just had to find out just what the correct name this neat little fellow is really known as so I did a little research.

After looking in a few reference books I have in the home library the winner is..........

The "Coffee Pot"

A quick thank you to the Lightkeeper for the vintage postcard of the Orient Point Light. I printed it and placed it on my "lighthouse wall" next to my desk at work.
