Other collectors have often asked me 'How many lighthouses are there in Arizona?', usually in jest. (Well, OK, ALL were in jest.)

But there has been a recent archeological find up in the Navajo area of Northeast Arizona.

Its obvious, He is not only effected by the Sun but the lack of fresh new fallen snow from Michigan, and to top it off, he doesn't have a reunion to go to this year. Things will get worst., I'm afraid.

Saaayyy... That does look suspiciously like Split Rock, doesn't it? Could it be that retired lighthouses, too, become snowbirds and migrate to Arizona for the winter? Has anyone out there actually confirmed that Split Rock is still atop it's perch in Minnesota recently? Could this apparent mobility explain the Split Rock, Michigan phenomenon unknown to all but HL Whackos? And we were worried about flying pigs! I'd hate to be under that baby when the engine quits! Maybe someone (John?) should put a band around it's leg as it rests up on the mesa there. That way if some duck hunter shoots it down over the Midwest Flyway we can begin to assemble data on the migratory patterns of MN lighthouses.

You forgot what I am calling the "Mesa Shores" Lighthouse seen on the North side of US 60 between Country Club & Mesa Drive.

Of course, if you want more exact instructions - I thinks it's the 5th hole at Golfland!!!
