Seems it "May" be another 2 weeks before Cape May is back shining brightly. The new motor installed to rotate the beacon is not powerful enough:

This morning in the Press of AC there was a picture of Cape May with its light now shining brightly. According to the caption the work was completed on 11/22 and the light was turned back on that night. The Coast Guard spokesperson said that everything was working fine with the new motor to turn the light and it should be good for another 50 years.
