Just wanted to let everyone know our restoration status. As of this month the windows have been installed, which means we are a little more weather tight than before. Our interior renovation has passed the first step as our architects have completed their survey of the entire building and produced a report detailing what the conditions are as of today. Next step is to begin work on the restoration. smile laugh laugh

Joe

Not sure if it will be completed by the Challenge weekend but anyone who has done the challenge in the past will see a difference.

It's great that you got the windows in. How long do you think it will take now to complete the project?

Here are a few pictures of East Point I took last fall.

The first is of the stairs to the lantern room which were installed during the 1998 restoration.

This is the outside on a very wet foggy day.

This is one of the rooms on the second floor which was probably the keepers room.

This another outside showing the one story section which was the kitchen.
