Before "Changing Spaces" on TLC, there was/is "Changing Rooms" on BBC. If you have satellite or digital cable, you may be able to get BBCAmerica.

One of the episodes today featured a re-design of the lantern room of Eastbourne Lighthouse in England (looks like along the White Cliffs of Dover). This lighthouse had been moved back 50' from the edge of the cliff a few years ago according to the program. The lighthouse is now in private hands.
