Maybe some of our Michigan locals can help me on this one. Is Little Sable Point Lighthouse accessable in Winter? For example, are the roads in the state park cleared of snow normally?

You can get to the State Park, but you still have to walk about 1 mile to get to it, I don't think it would be to hard to walk to it were geting a warm spell so a lot of the snow is melting Now if it's open or not I don't know but you can take pics of it Larry

BIG Sable is a mile and a half walk from the state park campground. LITTLE Sable is a couple hundred yards from a parking lot, over some small dunes (or even closer if you go thru the parking lot and park at the foot of the dunes). There are houses around Little Sable, but they may be primarily summer cottages, so don't know how much the highway department worries about cleaning the road.
