Check you local listings for this one.
America's First River: Bill Moyers on the Hudson airs (in Syracuse anyway) on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 23 & 24 from 9-11pm each night. Mr. Moyers travels the length of the Hudson River from New York Harbor to the river's beginning 315 miles to the north in the Adirondack Mountains. Hopefully it will show some of the remaining 7 lighthouses along the journey. Sounds like an interesting program regardless.

Sue, I will have to look out for this program. I just started a class last night on the history of the Hudson River. This sounds like a perfect tie in! Thanks for posting the info!

http://www.pbs.org/whatson/press/apr02/moyers_hudson.html Here is a link with a little more information regarding the program next week. Last night in my History of the Hudson River class, I met the captain of the replica of Henry Hudson's ship the Half Moon. This replica and its crew will be featured during this program. Looks like it will be interesting. shirin
