...on St. Clements Island, MD http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A56092-2003Sep24.html On the plus side, island caretaker Robert Kopel noted, the storm had laid bare the brick foundation of the old lighthouse, which the Friends of St. Clement's Island hope someday to rebuild. "Thousands of bricks were exposed," Kopel said. "I think we can salvage some."
