I wish HL would make an announcement for a future reunion within the next two years. It's probably time for a reunion some where around the Great Lakes.

I know this would be a very difficult and challenging task, but it is a great idea and would allow more people to better plan and register for this wonderful event.

A Great Lakes Reunion would be great. Those of us that live in Michigan have been suggesting our state for some time now. Unfortunately at this time Harbour Lights feels there is not a suitable place in Michigan that can accomadate 900+ collectors.

As to letting us know several years ahead; that would really help all of us plan ahead however Harbour Lights probably would not like to commit to the reunions too far ahead. It takes a lot of planning, time etc. to put these reunions together.

I heard rumors that Jacksonville, Fl. was also in the running for this reunion. It was also said that this might be the site of the next one! Could there be three straight on the Atlantic side? Time will tell!!

Dittos to Michigan,but I realize we don't have enough room or an airport close enough to make it happen. Someone on the boat cruise at the reunion(which the red won the race in!!!)suggested San Fransisco.I would love to tour Alcatraz.

Great Lakes would still be a good place to have the next Reunion. Milwaukee, Chicago or Cleveland could handle the crowds. (And red cheated! Using Kim to threaten the boat owner is unfair!)

We flew from Traverse City, Michigan on American Airlines to Chicago, to Baltimore. (T.C. is 70 miles from home).
This airport services American, Northwest, United Airlines. Large enough to handle many flights daily!

What the heck! Let's just bring the reunion back to the west coast. Have it in Seattle. A very beautiful city. Lots of rooms. Lots of things to do. And...there are still many lighthouses in that area that Harbour Lights has not done. Also, for the Blue team (Loser team), a rematch could be made from Seattle to Vancouver via Whidbey Island. Compared with Baltimore, which was fantastic!!!, Seattle would be a perfect complement!

Red did not cheat, What happened was that blue's captain, Joe Hazelwood was dragging anchor most of the trip. In fact red's boat was so finely tuned that after leaving dock 10 wacko's water skied in a pyramid for nearly 10 minutes. They would have skied longer but a few people on the bottom row ran dry and needed a fresh cocktail.

I'm just hoping that I'll be able to make the next reunion...regardless of whether it's in Seattle, Jacksonville, San Francisco or around the Great Lakes .
