I'll never be able to afford any of the three(Original Hatteras, Split Rock, MI or Burrows Island, OR) that I need for my collection so I wishing that Santa(Harbour Lights) keeps their LE issues to less then 10 this year.

None of my family or friends buy any HL's for me because they know I get one of each new piece (LE's) as they come out. Therefore, HL products are not on my wish list. The only thing I've asked for for Christams is a Wusthof 7" Hollow Ground Santuko knife. I've started replacing my old knives with the Wusthof Classic of Grand Prix II knives. They are great knives, and I love having them around when I'm preparing various meals.

Good health and happiness to all during the most wonderful time of the year!

There are so many that I don't have. I guess Southeast Block, St. Augustine - and I missed out on the Pharos and British Isles collections; all of these sell at exorbitant prices now. Not HL but I would wish for a beautiful display like most of you have - glass shelves, lights, mirror backing. My collection is mostly on built in shelves along with little treasures from my travels and my favorite books - the majority of my books went to the public library and over a thousand children's books went to friends when I entered the "minimalist" stage of my life. The lights look pretty good but they can't be appreciated thoroughly there. So the curio cabinet would be to show off my very favorites.

Stan is good at buiding shelves especially for "collections" ... he already built one for my Peter Fagan Bears and I think, since Santa seems to have listened to my HL wishes, he might build shelves for the lighthouses too smile

I totally agree ... "What a guy!" ... he is busy in his workshop making display shelves for all our lighthouses. Brilliant! I shall have to get the camera out ...
Between Stan and Santa I am VERY lucky!!

Well, I'd have to say, I need more room before I can ask for/expect more!! eek After that, I'd have to think about it but the only one I don't have of the Christmas pieces is the first one, and since I'll never find that one at the right time and/or price, I guess the next thing is to follow Paul and Bob's lead and wish for all of us to have good health and everything that we "need"! wink

Don't give up hope, Steve. Several years ago, I bought both Big Bay and Colchester Reef from CF members. I imagine there are several who have extras of the Xmas lights.

The Big Bay Point I had for sale drew quite a bit of interest and was sold this weekend. My advice to anyone looking for a particular piece, that is normally hard to come by, don't hesitate looking for a better deal. If you want it, but it.

Margaret, I can understand how you might have some influence with Stan, but how did you manage to grab Santa's ear?

At any rate, could you spare Stan on the weekends? He'll need to put up a supplemental building, first, before he builds MY shelves. laugh
