All you other guys gave signifigant reasons as to why you want a particular light done. Our's is purely selfish. Michael propose to me at Point Vicente, California. Anyway, the first one sold well on the secondary market. Have you gotten your hands on it yet John.

Well, yes, I was able to get my hands on it - Betty brought it up to the suite at the Reunion last year to allow my to photograph it. For those who don't know the story of the Point Vincente CA by HL, at the Reunion, one of two Artists Proofs (AP) was auctioned off and brought in $10,000. The first AP was given to someone who helped HL research the lighthouse. Wonder if she knows how much it is worth?

The lighthouse was not released because it didn't meet HL's improved standards by the time they were ready to make it. I suspect a new one is in the works - perhaps we might see it yet this year.

And you've got a GREAT reason to want it!

OK, I was there today, it is such a beautiful light!! I hope it is closer to production, because I know HL will do it justice!!
