John, it could also serve as a form of rescue for the low lying areas around here for all the rain we have gotten this week! (LOL)
Over 5 inches in the past few days!

Just looked at this post. I have a similar shelf that my in-laws gave me for Christmas several years ago. It currently has my NJ, DE, and MD lights displayed. Sorry but don't have a scanner or digital camera so can't post a picture. It is very easy to move when necessary, I just put a hand up into the bow, tilt slightly and away it goes.

My Brother-in-law Joe has made a couple of those boat cabinets for his home... I will take a picture of them the next time we are over at their home and post it...

I noticed in the latest legacy has a picture of one in it. It looks pretty sharp! It is a different way to display lighthouses - that's for sure!
