I did it with a drill press on one light that was damaged in shipment. I clamped the lighthouse onto the drill press table with cloths and foam padded carpenters clamps. Then I changed the belt on the drill press to the lowest speed and used a 1/32" titatium drill bit.
Fortunately for my test run it was a duplicate. Now I can not tell the difference between the two pieces.

And your reason for this thread is? Is something missing--like a question?? Were you hoping to strike oil? Is this a test? I flunked big time.
