At first we had trouble remembering where we saw a certain piece and we felt odd writing down each of the pieces in a store. Then we found an easier way to track dealer inventory. When visiting dealers, we pickup a Harbour Lights brochure and mark the retired pieces (or those of interest) in stock on back of the brochure. The brochure is numbered so one person can read off the numbers and the other mark them off adding any needed comments. That way we can "remember" which dealer had what piece. Also, if the dealer hasn't already stamped the brochure, write the dealer's name on the brochure.
