Here it is. Might not be able to tell but Blue is North, Red is South and Green is West. Have a few more to add from when this was taken. Some are in the insets, like the 3 stooges all bunched up on L.I.!

Hmmm. There seems to be some evidence of a "Wacko belt" taking shape between, oh, let's say the 37th and 45th parallels.

Not too many Wackos from OK north through ND. I'll bet that's a great corridor for HL shopping!

Hey Mombo,
Thanks for the photo of the map. I agree with Art, looks like a road trip through the plains states is in order.

hi Mombo,
Great looking map. It's interesting that HL is based in San Diego but the majority of people showing on your map are east of the Mississippi River.

Mombo,

A great piece of work, thanks for beong able to share it with us.

I believe stooges should have a capital S.

After all we "Stooges" have our own little portion of the map.

Mombo,
I love the map. Make sure to add me to Georgia, if you haven't already, Just made Wacko the other night. I live in Williamson, just about an hour below Atlanta.

Thanks,
Rusty

Wow! A Wacko in Arkansas. I am also a NWAR resident and would love to meet you. I know the one in Springfield MO is Orv and hope to meet in the real way at the event on Oct 16.

And YES Oklahoma is a great place to shop for HLs. I found a signed Legacy at retail in OKC.

Come visit us in the hills of Arkansas.

Thanks for showing us your wacko map, Mombo!

It sounded neat, but to actually see a picture of it, now it think it is pretty cool!

Stooges!

Rusty - next update

Suzee - next update(you don't really have to
be a wacko!)

Digger - No problem, I use the Rand McNally
and then give it my best shot!
Probably the reason we've never met
is because you're there & I'm here,
lol!

If anyone's having trouble getting the map to come up it's probably because it's in Photopoint and they're having problems today.

Step Back Regis & Kathy Lee!

The best part Mombo is you know who each pin represents.

It was bad enough being a wacko, but now I see that I'm a Pinhead too! :-)

thanks for the cool pic mombo! I hope to be attaining wacko status soon- when you place my pin, Florissant, Missouri, it is just north of downtown St. Louis.

Thanks for the pic Mombo.

Digger, seems like Indiana is well represented. Was thru Bremen couple weeks ago on way to Shipshewana.

Planet Fresnel is pinned, in the land of cheese.

Just knew someone would ask, those red and blue things on the right are fish!

Mombo,
I LOVE the map. I would like to ask for one little favor. UIs poor folks in MD are south of the Mason Dixon Line and we get very wacky about being called northerners. The mint juleps just don't taste as good for some reason. LOL Thanks for putting Damascus on the map!

Great idea, love the Map Mombo, thanks for sharing it. How does one qualify for a pin? As a fairly new wacko from Arizona I'm glad to see another Zonie. Is that Phoenix or Scottsdale? would that be Saint John?. I'm from Show Low, about 150 mile ENE of Phoenix.

Dale, you qualify if you ask, sometimes even if you don't! Will pin you next time around.

That is definately St. John, Wacko-In-Chief!

Mombo....let me be the 1st Kentucky pin in your map. There are others HL people here but...put me right in the heart of the "BlueGrass". We have lots of horses, lovely ladies, great bourbon but no lighthouses...
But we have a HL club in Louisville and great dealers in the state and lots of HL fans...

Yep...Kentucky is represented. I need to post, post and post to get to Wacko status. We have something like a lighthouse in Louisville. It is the Historical Louisville Water Tower. Ships used it as a navigational point when traveling up and down the Ohio. Don't think there are any beacons but we have flood lights on it now.

Still a bit too early for the map update as it's on an unheated porch and it's around 30 here this am. And I have about a jillion Census forms to deliver. Probably in April sometime.

.....a "jillion", Mombo? Is that more than a trillion but less than a "quintillion"? I'd say that you've got your work cut out for ya!! 'Guess you'll be covering the entire Globe. 'Better get started so we can see the updated map by April (of 2100). The way the "Wacko" map is growing, you'll have to do a census on that one before too long!

Gee Mombo, hope you're getting paid by the form instead of by the hour! If so, you'll pretty much eliminate the so called budget surplus.
