Gee, what is it with Clearwater that they keep sending the oldest C-130's there?

Maybe they ought to replace the 737 MAX with the C130 as they are some of the safest planes currently flying today.
As I have always said "The Coast Guard has done so much with so little for so long, that they will continue to do everything with nothing forever"!
