Hello All

Thanks for keeping the Harbour Lights Forums alive for this long. I used to be a member a long time ago but drifted away when I kind of lost interested in Harbour Lights as they got larger in size and more expensive. I still have most of my collection but like a lot of people I have been giving some of the lighthouses away due to storage problems. I was searching for some place to list some lighthouses for sale (more about that in the near future) when I ran across the forums and found them still alive. I look forward to meeting some of the original members and meeting new members.

I have enjoyed traveling around Michigan where I live to visit a few of the lighthouses here and take pictures of them. I enjoy the entire history of lighthouses from around the world and I still always buy at least one lighthouse related calendar a year to hang someplace in the house.

Hopefully there is still some interesting tales of lighthouse travels and collecting that I can catch up on reading in the next few months.

Thanks for the welcome
Jim

There is a lot to read on these forums. Twenty years of Harbour Light information.
The search Engine is a little tricky but works fine when you get the hang of it. When did you leave the forum and what was your user name. It will still be in the system, if you are interested.

Hi Daniel

If my memory is working I was on the forum around 1998 to early 2000s. I do not remember what my user name was at that time. I do remember some interesting discussions about collecting Harbour Lights. There were some other topics about lighthouses in general and how they served to make life around the world better. I will try the search sometime to see if I can find any of my old posts. Maybe I will get lucky by trying the names of some of the lighthouses I have visited here in Michigan to see what is available.

Well its kind of slow around here anymore and we appreciate your participation.

You can sell your lighthouses on this forum under the Trading Post. If you collected between 1998 and 2000, those years of Harbour lights doesn't sell very well.
