I cam across this at the web site for the National Trust for Historic Preservation. There are nice pics of a couple of lighthouses.

My wife and I actually drove the 300 miles scenic loop around the Olympic state park. At that time in the late 70's some of the forest was actually never seen by man. Many parts of the park was considered the last frontier. I am sure that has all changed now.
