Happened to be watching the Today Show yesterday and Al Roker pushed a new Weather Channel show he is apparently producing. Could have some very interesting footage in it due to its location. Believe Al said it will premier tomorrow (Sunday, 2/9) at 10 PM (9 central) on the Weather Channel. Not sure why so late but it may be worth a watch to see what happens. The had a brief appearance by a couple Coasties (a pilot and a surfboat Chief) - what a deal: let the Weather Channel fly you cross country for a 60 second promo for new show.

I have watched this show several times. Has always been interesting. Last one I saw seemed to concentrate more on the air side, but still had some small boat saves. I hope that at least one of the shows will highlight some of the training of boat crews and what they put them thru.
