 2011 - 2012 Collectors Society Question

I have 2 questions concerning the 2011-2012 Society year and they are:
1. Was HL567 Old Portland Breakwater, ME a "Free" Society gift or did we have to pay an additional $45.00 for it above the Society Membership cost?
2. Was there a "Cloisonne Pin" given out free with the Fishing Battery image on it as part of the membership package that year?
Someone out there in Never-Never Land please answer me.

Old Portland Breakwater was the free Socity Gift when you joined the Society at the cost of $45.00. No other charge to get it.
The pin came in the box with Old Portland Breakwater. It does have the Fishing Battery image on it.
