I moved to the Secondary Market Forums because answers cannot be given in the Trading Post Forum where this was originally posted.

500 of the Bailey’s Harbor Front & Rear Range HL674 was created for a Harbour Lights Collector gathering at Door County Wisconsin.

The first 127 were signed and enhanced by Kim with some hand painting'. Those attending the dinner at the Door County event was able to pre-purchase one of these per paid attendee. Also some of the enhanced version was available to a local dealer and at a display in Bailey's Harbor at the bus stop that transported lighthouse walkers to Cana Island.

Can’t say I ever heard of anyone looking for the enhanced version, it seems collectors are happy enough just to have a Baileys Harbour.
SO it seems there is no value difference between the enhanced and the standard version.

Can’t say what they are going for now, but back in early 2010 they were going for between $60 and $130

The Collector Forums were instrumental in getting Harbour Lights to make this pair. They were a 'first' HLs to be made to 'fit together' when displayed. (Two separate pieces, not made on one base.) They were rather small -- more like Little Lights than GLOWs. Paul Brady - can you post a photo of the pair?

I have a set of Bailey's Harbor signed by Bill in 2007 that I just purchased from eBay a few months ago for very little. I don't have my receipt in front of me. They completed my sets of 2 lighthouses together but not on one base.
