YORKTOWN — A change-of-command ceremony will welcome a new commanding officer of the Coast Guard's Training Center Yorktown.

Capt. Reed Stephenson will relieve Capt. William Milne on Wednesday. Milne had served as the training center's CO since April 2009.

At Yorktown, Stephenson will oversee more than 800 military, civilian and contract workers. They support 16 apprentice and specialty schools and an annual average of 8,000 Coast Guard, defense department and international officer and enlisted graduates.
