I don't have anything to post currently, that's why I have been avoiding answering. But I recognized the bridge as soon as it was in the picture. They are the lights at the mouth of the Fox river where it meets Lake Michigan in Title town (aka Green bay, Wi.) I think they are called the Grassy Island lights.

If anyone has anything to post Go Ahead!! If not I'll get something by tomorrow night.
