The Musings was originally intended to be a bi-monthly 1-page notice that was published by Harbour Lights to inform collectors of HL happenings issued between the releases of the Lighthouse Legacy. The Musings have been issued off-and-on since its inception in February 2007. Obviously as time continues, the release of the Musings has evolved from a bi-monthly publication to an "every now and then".
