I recently acquired HL646. My 2006 version of Collectors Guide shows it is an OPEN edition, but I know it has been retired. Can anyone tell me when and how many were made?

They were 1st released 9/1/2002 and retailed for $99.00.. Best guess on the production number is over 8,000 and it could be as many as 10,000..

Thanks for the feedback. Was hoping for a smaller number. Now planning on a trip in the Spring to see the town of Cohasset and the Maritime Museum there.
