I arrived home today and found in my mailbox a letter from Harbour Lights that was very heavy. When I opened it, I found a Harbour Lights Pewter Keyring along with a letter thanking me for participating in the contest they had earlier this year. Has anyone else received this nice gift? It was such a surprise. Harbour Lights is second to none in their customer relations. They really managed to perk up a very rainy, stormy, New England Day!

I got one last Friday. You're right about them being the best at customer relations. It goes right alongside the pencil in my HL collection. Thank you HL.

HL's "surcy" (a gift you weren't expecting) arrived in my FL mailbox today. Yes, when it come to customer relations, they should revise the book.

Sara...I too received the nice keyring you mentioned. I always get excited when something from Harbour Lights comes and usually open it first. They are wonderful to their customers...Thanks HL!!

Sara,

My keyring came Saturday along with a separate note from HL with a couple of tent cards that I requested. Two HL letters in one day. Love to see their address.

When I began to collect HLs last year I made numerous phone calls to the HLs staff (this was before books or this forum). The dumbest most basic question asked by me was always answered so patiently.
I wish we had people here in the East as nice. I still marvel at how pleasnt & helpful they are at HL.

Hi Gang,

I was pleasantly surprised when the postmen delivered the mail Saturday. Nice key ring!! Do they send stuff to collectors like that often??

Did all those who received key rings enter the "Register & Win" contest?

Yup, got mine too! It seems to be a policy that people who make the effort to enter an HL contest are recognized. Two years ago I sent in a picture of my (then) tiny collection in the "Show us your Stuff" contest and got a T-shirt. Everybody wins with HL!

Yep, I entered the contest, but somehow, I received two identical letters and two keyrings. Not sure how that happened, but I am not complaining either!

Thanks Harbour Lights!

I received my key chain last evening, and I also entered the contest. I was pleased to see that another St. Louisian had won the Lighthouse tour with the USLS.

There is no other company that makes you feel part of the family the way that Harbour Lights does when they show their appreciation to their collectors.

Harbour Lights has my vote for best company all the time.

We got our Harbour Lights keyring yesterday. We put the key to the curio cabinet on it. Very apropriate since there are only Harbour Lights in the cabinets.

Received our key chain today in the mail. Little slower mail delivery here. Yes, we also entered the contest. Thanks HL - the key chain is quite nice.

I also registered in the contest. Thanks for asking John. On my next post, I can give up the title as longest collecting Newbie.

Yes, I received my keyring a few days ago. It was certainly a nice gesture by Harbour Lights! Obviously I did enter the contest!

I received a pewter key ring from HL for entering the contest. I nice gift to add to the collection. I see many people also received the key ring for entering. Thanks to HL for the gesture.
