If you'd like to be notified when there is a new topic (thread) or a new post (reply) in a particular forum...

1. Choose "My Stuff" from the menu ribbon across the top of any page
2. Click on "Watch Lists"
3. There are three Tabs at the top
---> Watch Topics ---> Watch Forums ---> Watch Users
4. You can select one or more of each of these items and choose to be sent an email when one of the Watched items you've chosen has changed.

Just return to My Stuff/ Watch Lists to unsubscribe to Topics/Forums/Users at any time in the future
