Hard to believe that no one has posted that they received their newest Lighthouse Legacy. I received mine in today's mail. Very nice picture of Monomoy on the cover.
Also contains a page of regional & signing event pictures as well as a page of Bill & me pictures. One of our Hoosier Lighthousing Club members is featured in the Collector's Corner.
Downside is their is still no mention of another reunion in this issue.

I don't think I received the last one (I just looked at the Legacy Heritage page and it doesn't look familiar). I sent HL and email. I hope I receive this one.

Legacy finally arrived in Franktown on Saturday, 2 days after Colorado Springs. Must have come by pony express rider from the Springs. And riding an OLD horse! lol. :p

My Legacy arrived yesterday. Wish I could go to Alpena. I haven't seen Middle Island or Thunder Bay lighthouses.

Hi Joyce! I received mine here in Richmond VA August 30. I wonder why the difference? Of course I was totally surprised to get it that early! Now on the other hand, I'm usually one of the last to receive the Lighthouse Digest  Have you guys made plans for The Keeper's Weekend at Hatteras? Judy

Hi Bert, ...I wonder why your Legacy was delivered seven days after mine? We only live a few towns apart. Does anyone know if all the Legacy papers go to the Post Office at the same time, or are they mailed in batches? I'm kind of curious as to what the Post Office does to delay mailing to various areas of the country if in fact Harbour Lights does mail them all at once. Bob

Personally, I think it's in the sorting at different post offices. If it's not first class, it could sit there for days before someone decides to pass them along. Maybe someone who knows more or works for the postal service could help on this one. Seems that your's and mine shouldn't come in a week apart. Bert

We get two legacys, the account that is in both our names , we had first class mailing added to it for a nominal fee. The other account is in Sue's name only is still delivered fourth class mail, it came yesterday which was over a week after the first class one arrived..
We have the separate account to buy an extra society piece or ornament depending on what it is that year. We were going to stop the account a couple of years ago because we hadn't been buying the extra society pieces but Sue has won a membership each of the last two years at Bill and Nancy events..
