Received from my dealer today three of the '09 limited editions: Frank's Island, Buffalo South and Umpqua River Lense.

A big pat on the back to the Harbour Lights crew for an outstanding lense. From the lightning rod to the beautiful gallery view and tower exterior,this is artisanship at its best. Just a beautiful model. Many thanks.

With regards to Frank's Island and Buffalo South, the first thing I noticed was the lack of weight without sparing detail. This should thrill those with glass shelves. Only 5 months to the second half releases. C'mon on down Ponham Rocks.

Thanks for the report. Sounds like we are in for a real treat with this year's pieces. I wonder if the Frank's and Buffalo pieces are using a new material or if they have figured how to leave some voids in the pieces to keep the weight down?

My dealer got the first four pieces in and shipped them to me. Each one is very well done and a nice addition to the collection. I don't know how Harry keeps coming up with new ideas. The Buffalo piece is unique with the fog horn bell on the roof of the building.

Very happy with them all. They are very nicely done and a great addition to my collection.

Can not believe they are all on ebay already!

I also picked up my first four pc's, and they are just great! once again Harbour Lights has given us some beautiful pc's. I really like the Umpqua Lens.

Every time there is a new round of releases; it seems as if a few of the new lights go directly from the shipping container to ebay.....

Why a dealer would sell these "immediately" on ebay without making their "full" profit is beyond me.... :rolleyes:

I picked up the first four on Monday. These four are GREAT. I'm hoping Paul posts some pics soon so those who didn't buy them yet will want them.

Its great to hear that the new models are being well received by those that have them. Hopefully the excitement will carry thru to others and generate some sales for dealers.
