Actually, they should be in the big brown truck. The great folks in the LHDepot warehouse really turned to and broke out our lights to get them on the way to you! Wasn't expecting them to get into the system until probably Tuesday, but as of late this afternoon they were sitting on a skid ready to go.

The EagELL has landed!

I just came home to find ELL No. 113 sitting in the garage. I ran (well, walked carefully at the fastest safe speed possible) inside, and tore (well, cut carefully with a knife) the box open.

It's INCREDIBLE. I've set it up, with the flag (which doesn't look that bad, and if I think it does, I can take it out). It looks great with my Sea Girt and Bailey's Harbor. I just sit and grin at it every time I see it.

It's really incredible the high quality of it, for the price. I know that HLs are always extremely detailed and all, but I wasn't expecting it to be this detailed. Maybe it's the progression of casting technologies or something, but it just looks GREAT!

Thanks to ALL who got this to happen! The results are incredible, and I think that it's something we can ALL be proud of. If it wasn't for the support of the entire group, we may have never been able to get this project off the ground. And, of course, a special thank you to the Committee, who worked especially hard to co-ordinate everything.

UPS was in the Mid-Hudson Valley N.Y. at 2 pm today. Poor guy was soaking wet and trying to get rid of a cold. He was smiling as he deliverd though.

My #95 arrived today. Great piece! Thanks to all involved. Happy to add this piece to my collection.

1. I just had the mold removed from my house; they promised it won't come back.

2. Pumpkins? Check back in early October. For the right kind of money, I can have some made to put around the base of your Bob Tree AP, but I swear they'll never appear on an eerie land lighthouse!

Like I said, two out of three for me. I can't speak for HL never doing a GLOW of anything.

But if they felt there wasn't enough interest in making an LE of Erie Land Light, they sure must know there's not enough interest for a GLOW.
