Just came back from the St. Augustine Lighthouse Festival where I met up with Daniel and Rich. I got to see ELL in person and it is great! Can't wait till it arrives. I think the flag is pretty well done...doesn't look out of place at all.

I have had two calls from the same lady who is very, very anxious to buy a couple ELL's. Imagine I'll have some more. Rich emailed me a number of pictures - soon as I get them uploaded I will share them.

A special thanks for Rich and Daniel for spending the day at St. Augustine promoting our special light. And, Thanks Cathy for your very to-the-point review.

Thanks for all the reports (and picture), everybody! Too bad we couldn't all be there, but it's great that so many members are always willing to share with the rest of us.

Special thanks to Dan and Rich & Son for taking the time to promote the ELL. We should all be grateful for their efforts on behalf of the CF membership.

We have many people watching what will happen with this very special creation. Just the fact that the piece is now a reality makes it a success in our eyes. It started as just an idea and now we are awaiting its arrival in this country for distribution to our homes.

I am amazed that a small group such as ours were able to approach Harbour Lights with this idea and have our wish granted. How many collectible companies would honor such a request.

Does this open the door to future wishes? Do you think it would be nice to do this again in the future? I guess we'll have to wait and see, but one thing is for sure, the sooner this very special ELL piece sells out, the better the chances for our future wishes being granted.

Kudos to Harbour Lights for being such a consumer friendly company!

I would like us to make to do this again. I guess we wait to see how successful it is. It is a good way to get some lighthouses done that Harbour Lights does not want to produce.

It would be terrific if Don and company would do this again. It will be a while before they can even think about something like this type of project, though. I thought ELL would have sold out long ago.

Got sidetracked on something else and forgot to share these photos that Rich sent me:

Looks like it was a beautiful day at St. Augustine

Daniel and Rich at the table generously provided by the St. Augustine Lighthouse folks

Some of Daniel's family members came along to help, as did Rich's son

I know everyone will find it hard to believe, but Saint Paul even printed out some nice enlargements of his detail shots since people were not allowed to handle the light

Again, a great big THANK YOU to Daniel and Rich for their willingness to spend the day sharing our ELL project with others; to Michael of St. Augustine Light for his allowing our presence; and. to Paul for printing up the great photos.

Really awesome! Thanks to Rich, Dave, Paul and Daniel for promoting this beautiful light and for sharing with the rest of us. That's going the extra mile for something we all love so much! Is it finally sold out?!
