Has anyone gotten it yet?? I ordered mine and it is back ordered til now possibly the end of march. I ordered it off of lighthouse depot off the internet hoping to get it faster.

We were not listed in the thread that Sean referred to, so I thought I would tell you that we got our's on 2/18. That may be because we are on automatic shipping with a dealer who seems to get his pieces early.

Hey Beth...I have found that if you can become a regular with a local dealer that when they get their auto ships (1) you might get the releases a little sooner (2) on the restricted size limited you will be guaranteed the piece. Just a thought. I purchase all LE and will be getting the Pharos collection so my dealer takes pretty good care of me in getting the lighthouses quickly.

I agree with Pat that getting to know a local dealer is a great way to go. Getting set up on Auto ship with a dealer is the only way to go if you intend to buy all the LE's! I got my Statue of Liberty, Oak Island and Round Island a few weeks ago. All great pieces.

Just received a call from my regular dealer in Miami, FL. The Statue of Liberty arrived today. They only got two of the 15 they ordered. Will pick it up tomorrow.

Seems like most of the shops I talked to are only getting two SOL's to begin with. And most of them are odering more. I talked with one shop owner who had 14 on order...
Mine is on the way!

I gave up on the Lighthouse Depot that I ordered the Statue of Liberty from online. I got another notice from them that SOL was back ordered now til 4/1/00. That is the third back order notice I have had. I canceled that order. I got SOL today from my local dealer. They had it 3 weeks ago. So, from now on I'll try them first when I want a piece. I didn't try them at first since another piece I want they have to order and it may take some time since they don't place orders regularly.
