Art show and sale to benefit Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse, a Chapter of the American Lighthouse Foundation

August 25-26, 2007, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., at New Castle, NH, Recreation Center (at Great Island Common, Route 1B).


Seacoast art and inspiration await you at the Light Paint Art Show and Sale. Artwork by local artists will be for sale at this unique event. The proceeds will help the Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse purchase paint and painting supplies for the lighthouse.

This exhibit is open to artists of all mediums, including painting, printmaking, sculpture, drawings, photography and mixed media.

Contributing artists may take a private tour of the lighthouse to be inspired for the show on Saturday, August 18, 2007, 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., hosted by the Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse.
