God Bless the United States Coast Guard.

I just made my donation to the Coast Guard's Mutual Assistance Fund today. I earmarked it for the Katrina Coast Guard victims but anyone can donate either to Katrina CG victims or the general overall Coast Guard. Any money left over will revert to the general CG Mutual Assistance Fund. That website is http://www.cgmahq.org/ and you may donate by check, moneyorder, cash or credit card both online or by calling. The telephone numbers are listed and may be called M-F between 0700 and 1600. It is tax deductible.

There is also the Coast Guard Foundation found at http://www.cgfdn.org/main.html that was mentioned by Paul that is accepting donations for the Coasties.

Please keep these unselfish service men/women in your thoughts and make any contirbution that you see fit to help them out.
