Fran posted some lovely photos from this past weekend's NJ Challenge. I thought I'd post a few of mine as well.

We started Saturday off at Tinicum. We arrived at 7:30am, and the place was already hopping.

I decided to make the climb to the top.

And got this view of the Philadelphia skyline:

As you can see, the weather was starting to break. It sprinkled a little at Tinicum, but that was the only wet weather we encountered.

Off to Finn's Point:

Then we headed over to East Point, where I got to talk to Wacko Hank for a bit.

By this time, it was late morning as we headed off to Cape May. We decided to have lunch in the parking lot, and enjoyed the scenery. There were a lot of people there, although it didn't appear that a good number were not involved with the Challenge.

Next stop, Hereford Inlet:

I was so impressed with the gardens. They were beautiful. I also saw lots of Monarch butterflies too!

Still chugging along, we headed to Absecon.

We decided to go to our final stop of the day, Tucker's Island:

Completely exhausted, we headed off to dinner and our accomodations for the night.
