We finally made time to get away. This summer has been so hectic and complicated. We decided even though we needed time away for the two us...my daughter(who is going through an awful divorce) and our two grandsons needed to get away from everything too. So, we took them along. My daughter was enchanted with Duluth/Superior. She is already trying to save any extra money she has so she can go back. The boys had a great time too...although they wear you to a frazzle! Always wanting to go & do...can't relax for more than 15 minutes  Anyway, here are a couple photos... I will try to add as I have spare time...ha!ha! what's spare time??? The inner breakwater light taken with the aerial bridge up. One of the outer lights.

The other outer light. If you look at the bottom of the stairs on the right...my 2 grandsons. Also note the horrible amount of grafitti! It is just a shame...I was so mad when I saw that!!! Even the boys asked" Gram, why would people do that to a lighthouse? It makes it look ugly and now someone has to clean it off or paint it. They're naughty!" Closeup of my two grandsons: Koleton (6 years on the left) and Garrett (8 years)

Debbie, Thanks for the pictures. And thanks to the parents of your grandsons for teaching them respect for other's property. Don't get to observe that much these days.
