Well, I decided to take my chances and head up to Little Sable for sunset last night. The previous couple days here have been rain and 60 degrees - very unusual for August. I scoped out radar and satellite, and I called it right. About five minutes before the sun hit the horizon, it broke through the clouds and gave me this.

I would like to nickname this next one "The Leaning Tower of LIttle Sable". Shot about 10 minutes after sunset.

This last one was about 1/2 hour after sunset.

Jen... I'm glad we high-tailed it out of there when all the cold, wet weather set in.

Seriously though...you have some more great shots. smile I really like the way the sun is reflecting off the tower in the first picture. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful - my favorites are #1 and #3; I can't decide which.

Really beautiful shots Jen, looks like your gamble paid off...the sun and clouds sure did pose for you.
