Here is the last of my lighthouse pictures from our drive in the UK. Some I ran across accidentally.

Spurn Head Light

Roker Cliff Light

Old Flamborough Light.

Old Beachy Head Light

Old Portland Bill Lower Light

Longship Light

Apologize for the long view, my 10X digital had broke by now.

In a day or two I will post pictures of the Scottish Lighthouse Museum. Art keyboard

Gee, Art - the lights or the images? Hope you didn't leave any tire tracks on them . . . .

More great images. Once you got the hang of it, you have shared a great adventure with us - Thanks!

The Roker Cliff light appears to have another light on a breakwater behind it. Did you also get a picture of that or do you know what it is?

Sorry to hear about the camera. Guess you wore it out with all these pictures. Lot easier to get them the first time as you might not repeat the adventure. My daughter spent several months in Australia and took about 10,000 digital images.

Old Flamborough is certainly different. That light must date back quite a few decades (centuries?).

Thanks for taking us along your lighthousing adventure. I have thoroughly enjoyed your photos of all those lights from abroad.

Dave, My research on Lighthouse Depot Data site show the light in the background is the Sunderland North Pier Light. The one in the picture was at one time the Sunderland South pier light.

Art, I had to go looking to try to confirm. Did come up with some interesting images:

Sunderland South Pier

Sunderland North Pier/ Roker - this is a really cool picture.

Came up with these links on Russ Rowlett\'s site , which is an excellent resource.
