It is not fancy, it's not pretty, it is hard to get a picture of it since it's over 2 miles from the nearest non private property viewing site (Miller beach in Gary, IN.)
It sits on a breakwall at the ship canal entrance to US Steel in Gary, IN. The only good location for pictures is from a boat on Lake Michigan or from US Steel. I had to go to USX this week so I took along my camera a took a few pictures while there.

That reminds me that I also have pictures of the Indiana Harbor East Light in East Chicago, IN. Located on the ship canal inbetween LTV steel and Inland/Ispat Steel. This light is also only viewed from the lake or one of the two steel mills, The picture is from LTV Steel looking at Inland/Ispat Steel side.
