If you participated in the 2002 Collectors Forum Photography Contest earlier this year, this message is for YOU.
Per the contest rules, Harbour Lights reserves the right to reproduce your entries at the web site and in the Lighthouse Legacy and in other ways. A few of the winning photos are appearing in the current Lighthouse Legacy. HL would like to include other images in future issues.
However, they need higher resolution images for printing than the ones prepared for the web site.
If you mailed me prints so I could scan them for you, I have completed rescanning your prints at high resolution. If you included a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your prints, they will be mailed back to you on Thursday.
If you submitted digital images or images from prints or slides you scanned yourself, please resubmit your entries as high-resolution images.
Resolution should be 300 dpi, 24 bit or higher and full size. The preferred format is .tiff. If you must submit the images as JPEG or .jpg, please set the quality of the save at 10 or 100%.
You can attach your rescanned images to an email and send it to
webmaster@harbourlights.com If one or more of your submissions won a prize or honorable mention, you do not need to resubmit new scans if you did so after winners were announced.
