Port Clinton, OH...Every picture I see has a seagull on the ventilator ball. I can't figure out if its real or not.

There wasn't a sea gull in 2003..



When a bunch of us went on a Dave H. bus/boat tour of Ohio lights..

That is hilarious. I said Port Clinton as a joke. I can't believe I got it right based on any one of thousands of sea gulls that have landed on that ball. He was still there in May 2010, or his brother..

It's hard to believe that you are looking at Lake Superior, the Ranger on Isle Royale said it was calmer than she had ever seen when I played back my digital images for her to see....

Wow! I have a much better sense of how big it is now. Amazing how flat the water is.

We may not have been able to walk up to this one, but we saw it from the road, from our charter boat and from the New London Orient Point ferry. I never did find the sign that say no photos...only No Trespassing.
