Continuation of Brick Party Part 1

Laura with rotary hammer, chipping mortar off bricks. This girl really went to town. The head in front is Dawn, she lives locally.

The pallets of "clean bricks".

Three important things: Bathroom, garbage can and grill (for hot dogs and hamburgers at lunch time).

This picture is of all the volunteers except Terry Kemp (who took this picture). Total bricks for November 11th 614. Total bricks to date 2,808
out of appox. 50,000 needed. The volunteers received a small 3 1/2 inch tall consturction cone that said "lighthouse restoration" on it. They also got a big THANK-YOU.

For those who could not make it, but said you were interested, I will give your email to Terry for the brick list and she will let you know of other dates.

Great Report, Eric.

Hard workers doing hard work. One brick at a time. Gotta love those lighthouse lovers!

The Brick Party Volunteers should be very proud of their accomplishments! I'm sure it's a labor of love, but it's still very hard work, and it's so nice to see people who give of themselves for the restoration of the fallen lighthouse.
