:rolleyes: The Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse, A Chapter of the American Lighthouse Foundation have postponed "A Christmas Welcome at Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse" due to a Nor'easter expected to last the entire weekend. The Open House has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 20th from 10 AM to 1 PM. Hope to see some of you there!

It has been snowing all night here in southeastern Massachusetts. This is the first snow of the season around these parts. The forecast is calling from 12-20 inches.

The good news is I just bought a new Ariens Snowblower on Thursday. The bad news is it won't be delivered for about a week.

Now if I can find out where I put those snow shovels...

Time for another Sunday Road Trip Bob??? Get some nice snow photos of Portland Head, Cape Elizabeth, Bug Light or some of the Cape Cod lights?

Our "Holiday Welcome at Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse" was a complete success! We had a temperature of about 30 degrees and the sun came out so it wasn't a bad day for late December. I believe we had about 70-75 people come to visit!
