The Carrabelle Lighthouse Association is haveing a fund raising Raffle to help fund an Extreme Makeover of the Crooked River Lighthouse.
Ticket Cost: $5.00 each OR 6 for $25.00 - Need not be present to win.
Drawing to be held October 14, 2006
First Prize: 4 day Bahama Cruise for two on Royal Caribbean from Port Canaveral, FL
Second Prize: "Lighthouse Motif" Quilt & Shams

Entries must be recived by September 28 (before I leave for Maine) Your raffle ticket numbers will be emailed to you. Please include your name, address, phone number and email address with your payment.
(Also I will have some tickets for sale with me at the Harbour Lights Maine Regional Event. I will be traveling direct from Maine to the Carrabelle Event in FL)

Family Picnic at the Lighthouse 10am - 2pm FREE
"Coastal Treasures" Theme Party 6:30pm - 10pm at the Carrabelle Boat Club, Hwy 98 & Timber Island Rd. Carrabelle, FL tickets $15., Couple $25.
Raffle Drawing at 8pm
"Tacky Tourist" Costume contest at the party, prizes, music by LaBamba band.
Silent Auction, Treasure hunt, food, raffle, sale items, fun for all.

Thank you to all who participated in the Raffle to help Crooked River Lighthouse in Carrabelle, FL. The event Sat. Oct.14th was a great success and a good time was had by all who where there. As the raffle drawing was about to begin I took out my list of names and numbers in hopes that one of the tickets that I had sold would be a winner. And when the winning name was drawn, I couldn't believe my ears! It wasn't just one of the tickets that I had sold, but my own name. That's right, I won the Cruise to the Bahamas!!!  The second place winner of the Quilt: was a local lady from Carrabelle. Sorry I did get her name. But as alway the Lighthouse was the BIG WINNER! Funds raised will be put to good use.
