Mailing labels were emailed today to the participants for the No Envelope exchange. This is a small exchange with only 11 participants, plus 2 (Youngers and John Gaskill).

Rules of the exchange are as follows:

1)The Exchange will run from May 1 - June 30

2)Postally unused cards are to be mailed in envelopes to each participant on the list and is the common practice, Bill & Nancy Younger's and John Gaskill's addresses have been included. Do not write on the postcards. If you wish, you may include any information about the lighthouse along with the card, additional pictures, brochures, details of a trip you took to see the light, etc.

3)Post to this thread whenever you mail your cards or receive them.

5)The In Envelope exchange will be running concurrently with the No Envelope exchange #31

4)Enjoy the exchange.

I'm looking forward to June when it's not quite so hectic around here. My daughter's wedding planning has been consuming a lot of my time. Thank goodness Friday looks like beautiful weather in the mid 80's.

Mailed cards out yesterday. A day after I had planned to. The smoke from all the fires in Florida was so bad everybody was told to stay inside with windows and doors closed and A/C turned on. It was so much smoke I couldn't see the condoes across the lake.

First, Kay I hope you are safe from the fires! Of course smoke is no easy thing to deal with either. Take care!

Second, I've received cards from Bill, Dave, and Kay's came in the mail today, pretty good time from FL to Colorado! Great cards from all.

I have recieved cards from Bob, Kay, Dave, and Bill. Lorie's card arrived today. All wonderful cards. I am new at collecting post cards so this is exciting to me. Sorry I have not kept up with the reporting when the cards have arrived. To many hours at work and not enough time for anything else.

Just got Stephanie's interesting card and information about the Bass River Light in West
Dennis, Ma. on the Cape. It had been made into a resort hotel with additions. Stefanie, you were right in saying it would be a great place to stay! I can imagine how much it would cost!

Thanks to Mel and Stephanie for 2 new cards I haven't seen before. I have to agree that the Lighthouse Inn would be a fun place to stay.

I just got back from my lighthouse week at Little Sable. Stephanie and Melody's cards were waiting for me today. I sent mine out on Friday

Gee, I'll bet no one will ever guess what light John chose for his post cards. I will be watching for his report on the week he spent at Little Sable!
