OK All,
I am shipping out my envelopes in the morning.
I picked up a large supply of Southeast Lighthouse Stamps yesterday (let's just say I can do about 18 in envelope exchanges).
I was able to use "special" stamps on 4 of the envelopes. The first three should be easy if you look at the participants.
The fourth one is on Shirin's. I'm curious to see if she can figure out why I used that particular stamp.
They should be arriving soon.

Did we ever get a finalized mailing list? If so, I guess I don't have a copy of it. Could someone send me an e-mail of the list? Thanks!

My cards went in the mail on Saturday.

I had mine all printed out and ready to go when I realized that I had two for you Lori (it is stamped and ready to go, so I am sending you a bonus card) so I am wondering who I missed...

Larry,
I got the list from john and I updated it partially- adding your name and changing one of Lories to Dave Hannum and resent it to all and Dave noticed that Derith hadn't been added either so he revised it and resent it to all.
I got it so I assummed everyone else did also. I'm sending you the revised and correct list via e-mail.

Thanks Dennis and Dave for the updated list. I guess I never saved the first list not thinking it was finalized. Sorry about the 2 cards Larry but I will certainly enjoy getting them both .

My in-the-evelope PCE#16 cards are going out in today's mail.
You are going to have to look hard to find the lighthouse in this card, but if you read the accompanying historical information, you'll see where it is on the post card.
I've also included a photo of this lighthouse that I took on the historical information pages.
Enjoy.

The 16 of you who were also part of the PCE#14 will find that in your envelope as well. The 8 who were not will be receiving your PCE#14 separately.

Received your cards today Dennis. They are 2 new ones for the collection.
As for the stamp, the new Tybee Island Lighthouse stamp, I have some options here as to why. Could it be that this was my nephew's very first lighthouse?

Shirin,
You win the No Prize! Yes, I (for some unknown reason) maintained in by brain your post about taking your Nephew to a Lighthouse for the first time and it being Tybee.
I think it might have been because about the time you made that post I had just been there or was planning a trip there.
Now here's a trivia question for the semi-oldsters out there-
What is a No Prize and what did you have to do to win one?

I must be too old to know what a No Prize is? But the prize I received today was the envelope of goodies from Dennis, very nice! Thanks!

Well, they were awarded to people who read a type of book. Although, some would think using that term would be a stretch.

Dave,
I'm surprised that you didn't have those two cards- you were just there last weekend.
I figured you would be stocking up. It's one reason why I send my cards out so quickly this time.

Received an evelope from Roxie today and it contained a card of one of my favorite lighthouses (2)! Also a sheet of some neat photos and one other item. It took me a while to figure that one out, being slow, but it did come to me. Thanks so much!

Like Shirin, my mail was full of PCE encelopes today. I received cards from Roxie, Lorie & JoanieO. Good job on the enclosures, and great cards. The reason I enjoy the "in envelope" exchanges is the letters/info that accompany the cards, especially when they tell of the senders lighthousing adventure or why they chose that light to send cards of. Adding your own pics to the letter is a bonus. Thanks to Roxie, Lorie & Joanie for their cards.

Mine are in the mail this evening.
Lucinda got an idea and stamped each of them with a lighthouse stamp she picked up today. Bonus points to Suzanne if she can figure out what it is....
Thanks to all, its actually fun to come home and see the mail...

Larry -
A postage type stamp, a lighthouse passport type stamp or a inkpad type stamp?

Larry - I got your postcard today.
I was going to guess Pottawatomie was the stamped lighthouse! Nice. Where did Lucinda find the stamp? (I guess we just need to draw the lantern room on.)

Oscars in Sturgeon Bay. They had most of the Door County lights there. Was an expensive trip, loaded up on postcards for the round robins and then dropped stumbled across a bunch of lights that my wallet seemed to think I needed to have (looks like I might have some OT the next couple weeks )

I'll go along with Suzanne on the guess for the stamp. It's really neat. And I am so glad to receive a card of one of Larry's local lights! Thanks.

I received Melody's envelope today. Very nice card and enclosures. Thanks! My envelopes for this exchange were mailed this morning. The card is a pretty old one but it was the only card I could find in the whole town and I had to go two places to get enough.

The Virginia card is from Melody - MelJB. There was a return address on the envelope mine came in. However, this is a good reminder to all to please sign your notes so we can remember who sent them in the future.

Received an interesting card from Mombo today. A result of her recent outings with her daughter, I'm sure. I wonder if the little extra that was included means that she cut up 27 or so brochures??

Yes Dave, I was forced to cut out that picture. I had taken a sample envelope up to the post office to check the postage and the postal clerk said it would cost 60 cents to mail each envelope. So I decided that I could "trim" things down in order to get away with one lighthouse stamp! Nothing much that wasn't already covered in what I sent.
