It has been long enough. Time to see if there is any interest in restarting the Post Card Exchanges. Max of 25 people. This one will be for new cards sent in the normal post card fashion (no envelope). Don't have to send all the same card, but it is very helpful in keeping track of what you have sent to a person. You would need a total of 27 cards (24 other players, 2 courtesy cards, and one for yourself.)

Exchange will run thru May 31. If you have not participated in a recent exchange, you need to send me your mailing address.

My schedule is getting crazy with travel plans and my daughters wedding on April 16. I decided I better take time today and get all my postcards ready to send out.

I sent out my cards yesterday. Everyone gets the same thing. It's pretty predictable, but I havn't had a lot of chances to buy cards. I was going to send some from the OBX, but it would have been a good idea to get that idea earlier than the day before we leave. Maybe in the summer.

Hope that it's a new one for some people.

My cards went into the mail a couple of days ago and should be showing up today or tomorrow.

Greg, yes this card is now sold in stores. It is part of a set of 20 images I put together of lighthouses along the CT coastline (some actually in NY waters). These cards are not online yet but I do have the 20-card sets available for $5 plus tax/shipping/handling of $1 for a total of $6/set. Each set includes images of the following lighthouses: New London Harbor, New London Ledge, Avery Point, Latimer Reef, Morgan Point, Race Rock, North Dumpling Island, Stonington Harbor, Stratford Point, Saybrook Breakwater, Lynde Point, Southwest Ledge. I received Greg's beautiful card yesterday. Even though you didn't sign it, Greg, I knew it had to be your card because of the image.

A postcard arrived today of Sea Girt Lighthouse and there was nothing on the back to know who it came from. Its good to know who it came from.

I went to visit this one but the "Private Road" sign kept me off.
Same thing on Fishers Island when I tried to see Latimers Reef.

If 'Private Road' signs stopped me,Charles, I'd have missed a lot of lighthouses. This one is a Coast Guard base but there are lots of private homes on the road before you get to lh.

I wasn't sure which thread to post this in so I may post something in another postcard thread as well. I think most of the people in this thread participated in the next ones. Another reason for posting here is to tell everyone that we finally got our cards out, however, I don't remember if we signed them. I would like to thank everyone for being patient with our tardiness. We hope everyone is doing well and has plans for a great year of lighthousing. Thanks again.
